Hello and Welcome to All About Sandy!
I have been a licensed Realtor since 1989. Before obtaining my Real Estate License I invested in real estate, I owned investment properties which were rented out and I also renovated properties. I believe that real estate is the best investment vehicle there is today. Whether you own a single home or multiple homes it is one of the soundest investments you will ever make.
I work full time in the industry, I have volunteered on numerous committees and I believe that education is the key to a great Realtor. I take several courses through out the year to keep me in touch with changes in the industry.
I am an Accredited Staging Professional as well as an Accredited Green Agent.
I have recently started making changes to my business in an effort to reduce my Carbon Footprint. I realize that this industry is not geared toward the environmentally conscious but I intend to do everything within my power to reduce my impact on this earth.
